Abstract

La présente invention concerne une première de montage de chaussure. Elle possède 2 modalités d'exécution dont une utilisée spécifiquement pour les chaussures à talon et l’autre pour les chaussures plates ou à petit talon de moins de 4 cm. Elle comporte des éléments pour optimiser le confort du porteur et jouer sur des propriétés biomécaniques afin de réduire les contraintes reçues par différentes parties du pied. Les éléments caractérisant la première de montage utilisée pour la chaussure à talon seront la voûte médiale [1] commençant du début du talon interne [2] jusqu’à une encoche [8] à l’arrière du premier métatarsien [3].  La partie arrière de la première de montage aura une angulation réduite sur la surface portante du calcanéus [7] afin de créer un point de convexité maximale avancée [13] permettant un contact sous la surface portante des diaphyses métatarsiennes. Elle dispose aussi d’une voûte externe [4] commençant de la partie avant du talon externe [5] et finissant sur la partie arrière de la 5ème tête métatarsienne [6] permettant un support sous la surface portante de la partie externe du pied. La partie avant de la première de montage présente une ligne médiale [17] dont l’angulation réduite permet la diminution des pressions sur le gros orteil. Lors de l’exécution pour talon inférieur à 4cm, la première de montage présente une convexité en arrière des têtes métatarsiennes [10]. Figure de l’abrégée : [Fig.1]
