Titre : Composition pour préserver un récipient, notamment utilisé pour l’élevage du vin La présente invention concerne une poudre pour préserver un récipient vinaire, notamment utilisé pour la vinification et/ou l’élevage du vin, comprenant comme substances actives : entre 10,0% et 50,0% en poids de tanins hydrolysables, et entre 15,0% et 90,0% en poids de tanins condensés, chaque pourcentage étant exprimé en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition. La présente demande concerne également une composition sous forme liquide pour préserver un récipient vinaire, notamment utilisé pour la vinification et/ou l’élevage du vin, comprenant comme substances actives : entre 5,0 % et 20,0 % en poids de tanins hydrolysables, et entre 10,0 % et 40,0 % en poids de tanins condensés, chaque pourcentage étant exprimé en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition sous forme liquide.
