Abstract
L’invention concerne un procédé pour le contrôle des conditions de dépôt de matière en fabrication additive, sur une surface d’une pièce, par la fusion d’un fil métallique (111) dans un cordon de dépose, comprenant des étapes consistant à :i) obtenir une longueur de sortie de fil théorique ;ii) amener le fil (111) à travers la buse (115) vers la surface de la pièce :iii) détecter l’apparition de l’arc (121) entre la pièce et le fil et déclencher l’acquisition d’image de la caméra (160) ;iv) traiter l’image fournie par la caméra (160) et mesurer une longueur de sortie de fil (303) ;v) comparer la longueur de sortie de fil (303) mesurée avec la longueur de sortie de fil théorique ;caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend une étape consistant à : vi) ajuster un apport de chaleur en fonction du résultat de l’étape v).
