Abstract

La présente invention concerne une installation de nettoyage comprenant : - au moins un dispositif de lavage à solvant qui comprend : un circuit hermétique de circulation, un tambour rotatif de nettoyage/essorage (1) monté sur ledit circuit et qui est relié par ledit circuit à un réservoir de solvant (12), la sortie dudit tambour (1) étant reliée par ledit circuit au bouilleur (95) d’une colonne à distiller (9), un condenseur (93) monté sur ledit circuit, en sortie de la ladite colonne à distiller (9) et dont la sortie est reliée par ledit circuit hermétique à ladite réserve de solvant (12), une réserve d’additif (14) reliée audit tambour (1) et un circuit d’eau de refroidissement dudit condenseur (93); et - au moins une cuve raccordée à la sortie du circuit de refroidissement du condenseur (93), ladite cuve (55) étant raccordée à un échangeur de chaleur (67) dont la sortie est raccordée à l’entrée du circuit de refroidissement du condenseur (93) ; et - au moins une machine à laver (56) qui comprend une entrée d’eau raccordée à ladite cuve (55) en amont dudit échangeur thermique (67).
