Abstract

L’invention concerne un dispositif microfluidique (100) comprenant au moins un canal d’entrée (1, 2) de fluide de gaine et un canal d’entrée (3) de fluide échantillon, et un canal commun (4) configuré pour conduire le fluide échantillon (20) focalisé hydrodynamiquement et le au moins un fluide de gaine (21, 22) en direction d’au moins deux canaux de sortie (11, 12, 13). Selon l’invention, le dispositif microfluidique comporte des moyens de chauffage disposés pour transmettre sur une durée brève une quantité de chaleur localisée dans ledit au moins un flux de fluide de gaine (21, 22) dans le canal commun (4) en amont d’un embranchement entre lesdits au moins deux canaux de sortie (11, 12, 13) et ledit au moins un fluide de gaine présentant une variation thermique de viscosité adaptée pour dévier ou extraire une portion (120, 130, 220) du fluide échantillon sélectivement vers un canal de sortie déterminé.Figure pour l’abrégé : Fig. 9
