Abstract

La présente invention concerne des microbulles optimisées, en particulier des microbulles lipidiques, pouvant être utilisés dans la prévention et le traitement de maladies ou encore le marquage. L’invention concerne en particulier une microbulle lipidique, comprenant au moins un composé cationique choisi parmi les lipophosphoramidates, les polyéthylénimines histidylées, et tout mélange de ceux-ci. La microbulle comprenant de préférence en outre au moins un agent choisi parmi un agent thérapeutique, un agent de ciblage, un agent de marquage, et toute combinaison de ceux-ci. L’invention se rapporte en outre à une méthode de production de cette microbulle. La présente invention concerne également une composition, notamment une composition pharmaceutique, et un kit, comprenant au moins une de ces microbulles. La présente invention porte en outre sur l’utilisation de ces microbulles, composition, kit, comme médicament ou comme agent de marquage.
