Abstract

Un procédé de gestion d’un service de surveillance fourni à distance, via un réseau de communication, par un dispositif de surveillance (3), est mis en œuvre par un dispositif de gestion (2) et comporte l’établissement d’une connexion entre au moins un terminal de communication (1) et ledit dispositif de surveillance, ledit au moins terminal de communication étant configuré pour mettre en œuvre un décrochage automatique lorsqu’il reçoit une requête d’établissement d’un appel (R2a, R2b ; R2a’, R2b’) en provenance du dispositif de surveillance.
