Abstract

L’invention concerne un Instrument de manipulation et d’impaction d’une cupule comprenant un bras (120), une tête (180), solidarisée à une extrémité du bras, traversée par un conduit selon un axe X, une platine (200) expansive pourvue d’un évidement central par lequel elle est adaptée à être rapportée sur la tête, des moyens de montage(185A,185C,217) intervenant entre la tête et la platine, des moyens de pression aptes à exercer une pression radiale sur la platine montée sur la tête, ces moyens de pression comportant un plot(170) déplaçable à translation selon l’axe X dans ledit conduit de la tête sous l’action d’un levier monté sur le bras. Selon l’invention, lesdits moyens de montage sont du type à baïonnette comprenant des premiers moyens appartenant à la tête et des deuxièmes moyens prévus dans l’évidement central de la platine, adaptés à coopérer selon deux mouvements combinés, l’un de translation selon l’axe X et l’autre de-rotation autour de l’axe X, de la platine pour solidariser cette dernière à la tête.
