Abstract

Le présent exposé concerne un boîtier de batterie, un châssis skateboard et un véhicule électrique. Le boîtier de batterie comprend un boîtier avec une ouverture à une extrémité et un couvercle de boîtier recouvrant l'ouverture du boîtier. Le boîtier comprend une plaque de fond et quatre parois latérales connectées verticalement à la plaque de fond. La plaque de fond et chacune des parois latérales ont la même structure composite multicouche. La structure composite multicouche comprend une première plaque protectrice située relativement sur un côté intérieur du boîtier, une deuxième plaque protectrice située relativement sur un côté extérieur du boîtier, et un tampon absorbant l'énergie en sandwich entre la première plaque protectrice et la deuxième plaque protectrice. Le tampon absorbant l'énergie en sandwich comprend une couche à structure d'âme poreuse octaédrique et une couche à structure de vortex en spirale. Dessin de l’abrégé : Fig.2
