Abstract

Outillage et procédé d’infiltration d’une barbotine dans une préforme textile Outillage d’infiltration (100) d’une barbotine (120) dans une préforme textile (110) comprenant : - un moule (102) qui comprend une chambre d’imprégnation (103) comportant sur l’une de ses faces un élément de filtration (130) d’une phase liquide (131) de la barbotine destiné à recevoir une première face (113) d’une préforme textile (110), la chambre d’imprégnation étant fermée par un contre-moule (101) situé en regard de l’élément de filtration ; et - un évent de sortie (132) présent sur le moule et configuré pour éliminer un filtrat (131) de l’élément de filtration à une pression d’élimination (P2), caractérisé en ce que l’outillage comprend également un système de circulation d’une barbotine comprenant un port d’entrée (141) et un port de sortie (142), le système de circulation étant configuré pour faire circuler la barbotine dans la chambre d’imprégnation du port d’entrée au port de sortie à une pression de circulation (P1) supérieure à la pression d’élimination (P2).
