Procédé pour réaliser un dispositif électronique moulé (1) comprenant les opérations : a) fourniture d’un film imprimé (10) et d’un élément électronique (2), le film imprimé (10) étant souple et comprenant un film (12) et au moins une couche imprimée (14, 16), le film (12) présentant une face externe (12a) et une face interne (12b), l’au moins une couche imprimée (14, 16) comprenant au moins une couche électriquement conductrice (16) disposée sur la face interne (12b) l’élément électronique (2) étant électriquement relié à la couche électriquement conductrice (16), puis b) injection et réticulation de polyuréthane (20) pour former une couche protectrice interne (24) recouvrant l’élément électronique (2), la couche protectrice interne (24) étant et présentant une surface enveloppe (25), et c) réalisation par injection d’une couche support (32, 42) sur la face interne (12b), à l’écart de l’élément électronique (2), la couche support (42, 42) étant configurée pour rigidifier le film imprimé (10).
