Abstract

La présente invention concerne un véhicule inclinable (10) équipé d’un phare adaptatif (30) qui peut supprimer l’éblouissement pour le conducteur d’un véhicule situé devant ou derrière. Ledit phare (30) est configuré pour éclairer une pluralité de zones (31, 32, 33, 34) qui comprennent au moins une zone supérieure (32, 33, 34). La au moins une zone supérieure est partiellement ou entièrement située au-dessus d’une ligne de référence horizontale (HL) lorsque le véhicule inclinable est en position verticale, et comprend une zone latérale indétectable (331, 341). Un dispositif de commande (40) du véhicule inclinable (10) commande l’éclairage dans la au moins une zone supérieure de sorte que, lorsqu’un véhicule dépassant le véhicule inclinable et/ou un véhicule qui est dépassé par le véhicule inclinable (10) est ou sont présents dans la zone latérale indétectable, la lumière est éteinte ou réduite dans au moins la zone supérieure comprenant la zone latérale indétectable (331, 341) correspondant à la ou aux positions de l’autre ou des autres véhicules.
