Abstract

L’invention concerne un réservoir cryogénique pour le transport de fluide cryogénique, notamment d'hydrogène liquéfié, comprenant une enveloppe interne en matériau métallique, une enveloppe (3) externe en matériau métallique et disposée autour de l'enveloppe (2) interne et délimitant un espacement sous-vide et contenant un isolant (4) thermique, la première enveloppe (2) et la deuxième enveloppe (3) ayant une forme générale cylindrique s'étendant selon un axe (A) longitudinal central horizontal orienté horizontalement en configuration de transport et d'utilisation, l’enveloppe (3) externe comprenant, sur sa surface extérieure, un ensemble de nervures de renfort (4), les nervures de renfort (4) étant réparties dans des plans perpendiculaires à l'axe (A) longitudinal central, dans au moins une zone amincie parallèle à l'axe (A) longitudinal central, la surface extérieure de l’enveloppe (3) externe étant dépourvue de nervure de renfort (4) et/ou les nervures de renfort (4) étant relativement amincies, la surface intérieure de l’enveloppe (3) externe comprenant, au niveau d’au moins une partie de la zone amincie, un renfort interne (5) longitudinal.
