Abstract

L’invention concerne un dispositif de poinçon et son refroidissement , relatif aux moules d'injection des préformes en polyéthylène téréphtalate (PET) pour la fabrication de bouteilles par soufflage-étirage. Chaque poinçon (1) des empreintes du moule d'injection, réalise par fusion Laser de poudre métallique, comporte une chambre tubulaire (2) qui répartit le fluide de refroidissement dans un canal central (3) traversant jusqu'au nez de poinçon, et dans des canaux d'alimentation (3') positionnés dans une zone tubulaire (4) isolée thermiquement jusqu'en amont (5) de la zone du col de préforme et qui se prolongent par une juxtaposition de canaux de refroidissement de forme oblongue où cylindrique (6) qui sont positionnés dans la zone moulante du poinçon, en suivant au plus près le profil externe de ladite zone, et qui refroidissent en priorite la zone du col de préforme. Les deux flux de fluide de refroidissement sont ensuite dirigés vers l'arrière du poinçon (1) par des canaux d'évacuation (7) positionnés autour du canal central (3) et qui se prolongent par des canaux (9) jusqu'au circuit d'évacuation du fluide aménage dans la carcasse du moule d'injection figure pour l’abrégé : figure 1
