Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de préparation d’une commande, mis en œuvre à l’aide d’un premier et un deuxième ensemble de chariots autoguidés (17,18). Selon l’invention, ledit procédé comprend les étapes : - transport d’au moins un contenant de stockage (16) contenant un article de la commande par un chariot (17) dudit premier ensemble jusqu’à un premier emplacement prédéterminé de stationnement (25) faisant face à la position d’un opérateur ou d’un bras robotisé (26) ; - sélection d’un carton (24) formant emballage d’un colis pour la commande ; - transport au niveau d’un poste de préparation de commandes (121) dudit carton (23) par un chariot (18) sélectionné dans le second ensemble jusqu’à un deuxième emplacement (23) prédéterminé de stationnement adjacent audit premier emplacement (25); - prélèvement par ledit opérateur ou ledit bras robotisé (26) d’un article de la commande dans ledit contenant de stockage (16) et dépose dudit article dans ledit carton (24); - transport dudit carton (24) jusqu’à un poste d’expédition de commandes (131).
