Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de gestion d’un système de déshydratation adapté à déshydrater un produit, comportant un dispositif assécheur (5) contenant un matériau adsorbant, le procédé comportant :- des phases d’adsorption d’eau (S2) par le matériau adsorbant afin de diminuer la pression partielle de vapeur d’eau dans un fluide porteur circulant dans système, et - des phases de régénération (S3) lors desquelles le matériau adsorbant recouvre des propriétés d’adsorption ;le matériau adsorbant étant tel que l’adsorption d’eau est exothermique.Le procédé comporte des étapes de :- récupération d’énergie thermique (S5) au niveau du dispositif assécheur (5) pendant les phases d’adsorption d’eau (S2), et- utilisation (S6) de l’énergie thermique récupérée pour : + le chauffage du produit (S11); et/ou + le chauffage du matériau adsorbant (S32) en phase de régénération. L’invention porte également sur un système de déshydratation permettant la mise en œuvre de ce procédé. Figure pour l’abrégé : Fig. 2
