Abstract
L’invention concerne un dispositif (1) pour le comptage et la différenciation de particules comprenant : - une embase chauffante (3) au sein de laquelle sont ménagés un conduit d’injection (9) d’un flux d’échantillon et un conduit d’injection (11) d’un flux de manchonnage, et - une cellule de mesure (5) comprenant une cuve optique (17) agencée pour être traversée par un flux d’échantillon manchonné, une source lumineuse (33) agencée pour éclairer le flux d’échantillon manchonné, un détecteur (41) agencé pour recevoir un signal de fluorescence émis par une particule après absorption de la lumière, et un conduit d’évacuation (23) du flux d’échantillon manchonné. Le détecteur (41) est agencé pour mesurer une fluorescence afin de différencier les particules. L’embase chauffante (3) et le conduit d’évacuation (23) forment des électrodes de mesure agencées pour mesurer une résistivité afin de compter les particules. [Fig. 1]
