L’invention concerne un système (1) de production d’un substitut à un produit de la mer comprenant : Au moins une zone de réception (10) comprenant au moins un réservoir (11) apte à stocker au moins une matière première,Au moins une zone de brassage (20) comprenant au moins un dispositif de brassage (21) apte à mélanger une quantité prédéfinie selon un temps de brassage de sorte à former une pâte alimentaire,Au moins une zone de cuisson (30) comprenant au moins un dispositif de cuisson (31) apte à réaliser une cuisson de la pâte alimentaire de sorte à produire un substitut à un produit de la mer, Au moins une zone de transfert (40) comprenant au moins un dispositif de transport (41) ledit dispositif de transport (41) étant automatique ou semi-automatique.
