Abstract

Procédé de traitement de produits végétaux et unité de traitement correspondante Le procédé est prévu pour le traitement de produits végétaux conditionnés dans des contenants ajourés. Il comprend les étapes suivantes :- empilage des contenants (5) en formant plusieurs piles (7), chaque pile (7) présentant une hauteur comprise entre 1 et 2,5 m et une section horizontale comprise entre 0,5 et 1,5 m² ;- chargement d’une seule des piles (7) dans une première cabine de traitement (9) ;- douchage de la pile (7) chargée dans la première cabine de traitement (9) ;- déchargement de la pile (7) hors de la première cabine de traitement (9) ;- chargement d’une seule des piles (7) dans une seconde cabine de traitement (15) ;- douchage de la pile (7) chargée dans la seconde cabine de traitement (15) ;- déchargement de la pile (7) hors de la seconde cabine de traitement (15) ;les étapes de chargement et déchargement de la première cabine de traitement (9) étant effectuées pendant l’étape de douchage de la seconde cabine de traitement (15), et les étapes de chargement et déchargement de la seconde cabine de traitement (15) étant effectuées pendant l’étape de douchage de la première cabine de traitement (9).
