Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un système de réglage du dosage comprenant un cylindre (11) monté en translation dans une chemise (12), elle-même montée dans un écrou de réglage (13), ledit écrou de réglage étant apte à coopérer en vissage avec ladite chemise. Le vissage/dévissage de l'écrou de réglage entraine en translation le cylindre de dosage. Le cylindre de dosage est apte à accueillir un plongeur (18) dont le mouvement alternatif permet d'aspirer un produit. La position en translation du cylindre de dosage défini la course d'aspiration du plongeur et la quantité de produit aspirée.L'invention concerne un système de freinage automatique avec une rondelle (14) de la rotation de l'écrou de réglage ainsi qu'un système de repères (131) sur ce même écrou de réglage permettant de définir et de retrouver précisément sa position, et donc la position en translation du cylindre de dosage et la quantité de produit aspirée. L'invention a également pour objet une pompe à dosage proportionnel intégrant un tel mécanisme. La [Fig 6] est une vue pour l’abrégé
