Abstract
L’invention concerne un procédé de soudage par point, comprenant des étapes consistant à : disposer deux pièces (P1, P2) à assembler, électriquement conductrices entre deux électrodes (E123, E22), chacune des deux pièces présentant une zone d’interface (S3) entre les deux pièces et une zone de contact (S1, S2) avec l’une des deux électrodes, établir un premier courant électrique entre les deux électrodes au travers des deux pièces, le premier courant électrique produisant une énergie thermique apte à former un noyau de soudage (WN1-WN8) au sein des deux pièces, et ajuster une répartition de densité d’énergie thermique produite par le premier courant électrique en fonction de caractéristiques intrinsèques de chacune des deux pièces, pour générer une zone d’amorçage du noyau de soudage, à une profondeur choisie dans les pièces à assembler.
