Abstract
Dispositif de traitement d’une phase gazeuse par plasma et procédé associé L’invention concerne un dispositif (1) de traitement d’une phase gazeuse (2) comprenant au moins un assemblage (11) d’électrodes comprenant une électrode d’injection et une électrode reliée à une masse (12) du dispositif (1), séparées par un matériau séparateur, l’assemblage (11) étant configuré de sorte que, sous l’application d’une tension électrique, un plasma (3) est généré entre l’électrode d’injection et l’électrode reliée à la masse, le matériau séparateur présentant un comportement isolant électriquement lorsque le matériau séparateur est soumis à une tension inférieure à une tension seuil, dite « tension d’amorçage », et un comportement conducteur électriquement autorisant le passage d’un courant lorsque le matériau séparateur est soumis à une tension supérieure ou égale à la tension d’amorçage. Cela permet d’accéder à deux régimes de génération de plasma pour améliorer le traitement de la phase gazeuse (2). Figure pour l’abrégé : Fig.1
