Abstract

La présente invention concerne la production d’acide (méth)acrylique dans un procédé basé sur la mise en œuvre de deux colonnes de distillation (une colonne de déshydratation et une colonne de finition) en l’absence de solvant organique externe. Elle a plus particulièrement pour objet la mise en œuvre d’un craquage thermique précédé d’une évaporation, d’une hydrolyse du pied de la colonne de finition suivi d’un recyclage de la phase gazeuse du craqueur en pied de la colonne de déshydratation et d’une valorisation du résidu de ce craquage par gazéification hydrothermale. Le procédé selon l’invention permet d’améliorer le bilan énergétique du procédé tout en améliorant le bilan matière.
