Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un vitrage feuilleté comprenant une feuille de verre intérieure (1) et une feuille de verre extérieure (2), chacune comprenant une face intérieure et une face extérieure, et comprenant, entre les faces intérieures des deux feuilles de verre, un intercalaire (3), caractérisé en ce que ledit intercalaire comprend:- au moins deux couches externes viscoélastiques (4) et (5) présentant une épaisseur comprise entre 0,1 mm et 0,8 mm, chacune des deux couches externes étant en contact directe avec une des deux feuilles de verre et étant formée par un matériau comprenant au moins un ionomère à base de copolymère d’éthylène et d’acide carboxylique, et - une couche interne adhésive d’amortissement viscoélastique (6), agencée entre les deux couches externes (4) et (5), ladite couche adhésive d’amortissement viscoélastique présentant une épaisseur comprise entre 15 µm et 25 µm et étant formée par un matériau comprenant au moins un polymère acrylique, au moins un agent tackifiant, et au moins un agent plastifiant. La présente invention concerne également une vitre latérale ou pare-brise d’un véhicule comprenant un vitrage feuilleté tel que décrit ci-dessus, ainsi qu’un procédé de fabrication d’un vitrage feuilleté tel que décrit ci-dessus.
