Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de traitement d’un mélange M1 comprenant au moins de la matière organique, ledit procédé comprenant : a) une étape d’hydrolyse du mélange M1 permettant d’obtenir un mélange hydrolysé M1h, b) une mise sous pression du mélange M1h afin d’obtenir un flux M1p, c) une étape de chauffage du mélange M1p issu de l’étape b) afin d’obtenir un mélange M2, d) une étape de solubilisation mise en œuvre sur au moins une fraction du mélange M2 issu de l’étape c), éventuellement une étape de chauffage, et une étape de séparation afin d’obtenir un flux M4 enrichi en matières solubles et un flux M3 appauvri en matières solubles, e) une étape de refroidissement et de détente d’au moins une fraction du flux M4 enrichi en matières solubles issu de l’étape d), afin d’obtenir un flux M5, f) une étape de digestion mise en œuvre sur au moins une fraction du flux M5 issu de l’étape e).
