Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé (100) pour produire une semelle de longeron pour une pale de rotor d’une turbine d'éolienne, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes de : fourniture (110) d'une pluralité de planches pultrudées, lesdites planches pultrudées étant un composite thermoplastique comprenant 45 % ou moins en volume d’une matrice polymère comprenant des polymères (méth)acryliques et au moins 55 % en volume de fibres, préférablement des fibres de carbone ;empilement (130) des planches pultrudées en une forme de présemelle de longeron ; etassemblage (140) des planches pultrudées empilées afin de produire la semelle de longeron. L'invention concerne également une semelle de longeron, une pale de rotor et un procédé pour produire une pale de rotor et une turbine d'éolienne. FIGURE 1
