Abstract

Dispositif et procédé de craquage catalytique en lit fluidisé à co-courant gaz-solide descendant comprenant/utilisant : une conduite (1) transportant un flux descendant (4) de particules de catalyseur ; une chambre de mélange (2) comprenant au moins un premier injecteur (5) de charge hydrocarbonée (6) ; un réacteur à lit fluidisé à co-courant gaz-solide descendant (3) alimenté en catalyseur et charge hydrocarbonée, le premier injecteur présentant un angle α prédéterminé par rapport à l’horizontale de sorte que : le vecteur de la quantité du mouvement résultant (Mtot), somme vectorielle de la quantité de mouvement de charge (M6) et du catalyseur (M4), présente un angle λ par rapport à un plan horizontal de 70°-80° ; et le ratio du composant vertical de la quantité du mouvement de charge (M6v) et de la quantité de mouvement de catalyseur, est compris entre -0,2 et 0,1.
