Abstract

L’invention concerne une préforme fibreuse (1) pour la réalisation d’une pièce (10) en matériau composite à matrice céramique, la préforme fibreuse comprenant :- un renfort fibreux (2) comportant des fibres (20) à base de carbure de silicium,- une couche d’interphase (3) s’étendant autour d’une surface de chacune desdites fibres (20) à base de carbure de silicium, préférentiellement la couche d’interphase (3) étant à base de nitrure de bore,- une couche pré-densifiée (4) comprenant du carbure de silicium, située sur la couche d’interphase et présentant une microstructure colonnaire, ladite couche pré-densifiée présentant une épaisseur comprise entre 3 µm et 20 µm, et - une couche sacrificielle (7) située sur ladite couche pré-densifiée, ladite couche sacrificielle comprenant du carbure de silicium présentant des grains d’une taille moyenne comprise entre 0,1 µm et 0,5 µm.
