Abstract

L’invention concerne une composition de caoutchouc qui comprend un élastomère diénique fortement saturé qui un copolymère contenant des unités d’un 1,3-diène et plus de 50% en mole d’unités éthylène et portant à l’une de ses extrémités de chaîne un groupe fonctionnel de formule -CH2-CH(CH3)-COOZ, Z étant un groupe hydrocarboné substitué par une fonction alcoxysilane ou silanol, un système de réticulation et une charge inorganique renforçante, l’élastomère diénique fortement saturé étant un copolymère d’éthylène et d’un 1,3-diène ou un copolymère d’éthylène, d’un 1,3-diène et d’une α-monooléfine.
