Abstract
INJECTEUR DE FLUIDE DE TRAITEMENT MONTÉ SUR UN COLLIER DE PRISE EN CHARGE D’ACCESSOIRE SUR CANALISATION L’injecteur comprend un corps monobloc (CM) formé de plusieurs sections alignées en continuité de matière traversées par un conduit d’injection de fluide (CI), comprenant une section d’injection portant un clapet à lèvres (CP), une section de fixation de l’injecteur dans un puits (PA) du collier de prise en charge (CA2) sur canalisation (CN), et une section de raccordement de tuyau. Le clapet comporte une collerette torique (CO) logée dans une gorge de la section d’injection. Le puits comprend une jupe (JP) recevant la section d’injection et le clapet et agencée de façon à pénétrer dans un orifice (OR) de la canalisation. La section d’injection, le clapet et la jupe sont agencés de telle manière que la collerette torique est maintenue en compression entre la gorge et la jupe, assurant ainsi l’étanchéité. Les lèvres du clapet débouchent à l’extérieur de la jupe pour être situées à l’intérieur de la canalisation. Fig.8
