Abstract

Dispositif d’éclairage et/ou de signalisation (DES) pour véhicule automobile, comportant un boitier (BOI) obtenu après moulage par injection d’un premier matériau plastique, ledit boitier (BOI) étant ouvert vers l’extérieur et fermé hermétiquement par une glace (GLA) ; dans lequel ledit boitier (BOI) comporte au moins des première et deuxième cavités (CAV1 et CAV2), superposées verticalement et respectivement supérieure et inférieure quand le dispositif (DES) est monté sur le véhicule, et une source de lumière (HAL), dégageant de la chaleur, confinée dans la cavité inferieure (CAV2), et dans lequel une paroi (ETR), réalisée dans un deuxième matériau plastique, résistant à la chaleur dégagée par la source de lumière (HAL), est rapportée et maintenue fixement entre les cavités supérieure (CAV1) et inférieure (CAV2) de manière à définir une paroi de séparation pour former un écran thermique vis-à-vis de la chaleur dégagée par la source de lumière (HAL).
