Abstract

Système d’ajustage et de précontrainte comprenant au moins deux outils d’ajustage et de précontrainte (1) et un support configuré pour maintenir une pièce à traiter (6), le système comprenant des moyens de mise en rotation des outils d’ajustage et de précontrainte, chaque outil d’ajustage et de précontrainte (1) comprenant au moins deux ailettes disposées de part et d’autre d’une tige, chaque ailette comprenant des billes et des surface abrasives sur au moins une face encapsulés dans un vernis, les outils d’ajustage et de précontrainte (1) étant disposés de sorte que les billes et surfaces abrasives sur leurs ailettes entrent successivement en contact avec la surface de la pièce à traiter (6) lors de leur rotation afin d’ajuster la surface et de générer une mise en compression Figure pour l’abrégé : Fig 4
