Abstract

L’invention concerne un porte-ancre (10) d’au moins un fil de suture (12) dans un tissu biologique, le porte-ancre (10) comprenant : o Une ancre (11) reliée à au moins fil de suture (12), o un boitier(13) comporte un logement (14) dans lequel l’ancre (11) est stockée, la tête de l’ancre (11) étant positionnée de manière coaxiale de la première ouverture (140) du logement (14) en vue d’être assemblée avec une extrémité d’assemblage d’un guide de fixation, o un dévidoir (15) stockant le fil de suture (12) et communiquant avec le logement (14) afin de permettre le passage du fil de suture (12), et o au moins un organe de verrouillage(16) qui dans un état activé contrevient à la sortie de l’ancre (11) du boitier (13) et à la libération du fil de suture (12). L’invention porte également sur un kit de fixation et un procédé d’assemblage de ce kit. Figure pour l’abrégé : Fig.1]
