B ONDE CONNECTEE POUR CUVE A VIN Bonde (10) de récupération ou aseptique pour un contenant (30) destiné à stocker un liquide (L), notamment une cuve à vin, ladite bonde comportant un corps de bonde (11) creux, pour récupérer le liquide débordant du contenant, un couvercle (12) et des moyens de raccordement hermétique (13) pour être raccordée à un orifice du contenant tel qu’un orifice de trop-plein, caractérisée en ce qu’elle comporte une sonde électronique (15) pour déterminer le niveau de liquide dans le corps de bonde (11), et en ce que ladite sonde est reliée à un module de communication sans fil (17).
