Abstract
Ensemble pour module photovoltaïque, module photovoltaïque et procédé de fabrication de l’ensemble et du module Ensemble pour module photovoltaïque, comprenant au moins deux cellules photovoltaïques (C1, C2), chaque cellule photovoltaïque (C1, C2) comprenant un substrat (2) configuré pour photo-générer des porteurs de charges, et au moins une couche d’oxyde conducteur transparent (3, 4) comportant au moins une première zone (5) présentant une première conductivité électrique, et des deuxièmes zones (10 à 17) présentant une deuxième conductivité électrique strictement supérieure à la première conductivité électrique, l’ensemble comprenant au moins un élément d’interconnexion (20, 21) couplé électriquement avec les deuxièmes zones (10 à 17) connecter électriquement les deux cellules (C1, C2) entre elles, ledit au moins un élément d’interconnexion (20, 21) s’étendant selon une direction perpendiculaire à la direction principale (X) .
