Abstract

L’invention se rapporte à un procédé de construction d’au moins un composant fémoral (101) comprenant au moins les étapes préparatoires de : - construction d’une modélisation tridimensionnelle du fémur d’un patient à partir d’images numériques médicales ; - détermination d’un gabarit de coupe à partir de données morphométriques identifiées dans la modélisation tridimensionnelle ; - sectionnement de la modélisation tridimensionnelle en plusieurs sections de travail réparties dans différents plans et qui sont définies par un ensemble de points géométriques ; - obtention dans les plusieurs sections de travail de variables géométriques définissant une largeur médio-latérale, une surface de contact fémoro-tibiale médiale, une surface de contact fémoro-tibiale latérale, et une surface de contact fémoro-patellaire ; ledit procédé de construction comprenant ensuite une étape de construction de l’au moins un composant fémoral à partir du gabarit de coupe et des variables géométriques.
