Abstract

La machine de découpe (10) adaptée à la coupe de profilés, notamment de type rails de voie de chemin de fer, comporte : un châssis (12) auquel sont solidarisés un moteur (13), un support (17), un disque de découpe (16), et un arbre de transmission solidaire du disque de découpe (16) et mobile en rotation par rapport au châssis (12) ; un système de transmission reliant le moteur (13) à l’arbre de transmission ; au moins un premier élément de guidage en rotation interposé entre le châssis (12) et l’arbre de transmission ; et un dispositif anti-vibration. Le dispositif anti-vibration comprend : un palier d’amortissement (23) ; au moins un deuxième élément de guidage en rotation interposé entre l’arbre de transmission et le palier d’amortissement (23) ; et au moins un élément amortisseur (25, 26, 27), assurant un amortissement des vibrations subies par le palier d’amortissement (23).
