Siège (1) de véhicule automobile, muni d’une assise comportant une rehausse encastrable (20) pour le transport d’enfants susceptible d’occuper une position de rehaussement et une position basse escamotée à l’intérieur d’un logement (29) formé dans l’assise dudit siège (1), la rehausse encastrable (20) comportant un plateau (21) recouvert d’un coussin de rehausse (24), l’assise comprenant une structure d’assise (26) recouverte d’un coussin arrière d’assise (14) sur lequel est positionné la rehausse encastrable (20) en position haute d’utilisation, le siège comprenant un élément de liaison (50) reliant le plateau (21) de rehausse à la structure d’assise (26), le plateau comprenant deux crochets de fixation latéraux, disposés de part et d’autre du coussin de rehausse (24), adaptés à la fixation du plateau (21) à la structure de siège en position de rehaussement.
