Abstract

Procédé de traitement d’une charge comprenant une huile de pyrolyse de plastiques et/ou de pneus et/ou de combustibles solides de récupération comprenant des composés halogénés, comprenant : a) une étape d’hydrotraitement pour obtenir un effluent partiellement hydrotraité ayant une teneur en composés halogénés réduites, b) une étape de séparation, alimentée par l’effluent hydrotraité issu de l’étape a) et une solution aqueuse pour obtenir un effluent gazeux, un effluent aqueux et un effluent hydrocarboné partiellement hydrotraité, c) une étape de vapocraquage d’une charge pétrolière dans laquelle au moins une partie de l’effluent hydrocarboné partiellement hydrotraité est introduite en tant que co-charge sans subir une autre étape d’hydrotraitement effectuée à température et/ou pression plus élevées au préalable, ledit mélange de ladite charge pétrolière et de l’effluent hydrocarboné partiellement hydrotraité issu de l’étape b) ayant une teneur en composés halogènes inférieure ou égale à 3 ppm poids.
