Abstract
L’invention concerne un système (10) d’injection d’un matériau dans un moule. le moule définissant intérieurement des cavités de remplissage agencées de manière à former une structure de grille formée par l’entrecroisement de cavités longitudinales (L1-L7) et de cavités transversales destinées à être remplies par un matériau d’injection pour former respectivement des longerons entrecroisés avec des rangées d’aubages transversaux d’une grille d’inverseur de poussée d’un réacteur d’aéronef, le système d’injection comprenant une pluralité de points d’injection d’un matériau débouchant dans une zone (Zs) supérieure des cavités du moule correspondant à une des deux faces opposées de la grille, les points d’injection comprenant, d’une part, un premier ensemble de points (Pi1-Pi4) disposés dans une partie avant (Pav) du moule et, d’autre part, un deuxième ensemble de points (Pi5-Pi8) disposés dans une partie arrière (Par) du moule.
