Abstract
Wok à agitation automatique à gaz en acier inoxydable comprenant un corps de wok installé à l'intérieur du corps de base. Le bas du corps de wok est équipé de composants gazeux. Le haut du corps de base est équipé d'un moteur d'entraînement fixé à l'extérieur du corps de base, et dont l’extrémité de sortie s'étend vers l'intérieur du corps de base. L'extrémité supérieure du corps de wok est équipée d'un disque rotatif, pouvant être disposé de manière mobile à l'intérieur du corps de base. Le moteur d'entraînement et le disque rotatif sont reliés via des composants de transmission. Une tige d'agitation est installée dans le disque rotatif, y est reliée à l’intérieur par encliquetage et a une fonction coulissante. L'extérieur de la tige d'agitation est équipé d'un bloc de fixation pour limiter sa position, et le bas de la tige d'agitation est pourvu d'un grattoir en forme d'arc. [Fig 1]
