Abstract

Dispositif de rempotage de pots à partir d’une cuve contenant une poudre métallique récupérée à l’issue d’un procédé de fabrication additive sur lit de poudre L’invention concerne un dispositif (10) de rempotage de pots (20) à partir d’une cuve (12) contenant une poudre métallique récupérée à l’issue d’un procédé de fabrication additive sur lit de poudre, le dispositif (10) comprenant, un conduit (14) comportant une entrée (16) de poudre destinée à être raccordée à la cuve (12) et une sortie (18) de poudre destinée à alimenter un pot (20) situé en regard de ladite sortie (18), des moyens (22) de contrôle du remplissage des pots (20) comprenant au moins une vanne commandée (24) permettant de contrôler le passage de poudre dans le conduit (14) et des moyens (40) de mesure de la quantité de poudre versée dans le pot (20), un plateau (42) destiné à supporter les pots (20), ledit plateau (42) étant mobile en rotation autour d’un axe (X), de façon à pouvoir disposer successivement les pots (20) en regard de la sortie (18) de poudre.
