Abstract

Appareil de cuisson polyvalent de type four, barbecue et plancha L’invention concerne un appareil de cuisson polyvalent comportant : * un châssis 2 supportant par une liaison pivot 3, une structure de cuisson 4 comportant : - une plaque de cuisson 5 présentant une première face et une deuxième face 5b et dans laquelle est aménagée une ouverture de cuisson barbecue 5c; - un four de cuisson 7 aménagé à partir de la première face 5a; * une sole amovible 19 configurée pour combler l’ouverture de cuisson barbecue 5c; * au moins une grille de cuisson barbecue 21 configurée pour être positionnée en regard de l’ouverture de cuisson barbecue 5c en étant située selon la deuxième face; * un mécanisme de retournement 25 de la structure de cuisson 4 afin de la positionner soit dans une première position pour laquelle la première face 5a de la plaque de cuisson est dirigée vers le haut pour une cuisson au four ou soit dans une deuxième position pour laquelle la deuxième face 5b est dirigée vers le haut pour une cuisson barbecue et/ou plancha.
