Abstract

La présente invention concerne un ensemble de deux tôles comprenant, de préférence étant constitué de : une pièce emboutie (12), formée à partir d’un alliage d’aluminium ayant la composition suivante, en pourcentages massiques : Si : de 2,50 à 6,50 % ; Fe : jusqu’à 0,50 % et au moins 0,05 % ; Cu : jusqu’à 0,20 % ; Mn : jusqu’à 0,40 % ; Mg : de 0,05 à 0,50 % ; Cr : de 0,05 à 0,35 % ; Ti : de 0,02 à 0,30 % ; Sr : jusqu’à 500 ppm ; impuretés inévitables < 0,05 % chacune et < 0,15 % au total, reste aluminium ; et une pièce plate (11), formée à partir d’un alliage d’aluminium ; les deux pièces étant destinées à être assemblées, de préférence par soudage laser, de manière à former un canal (13) grâce à la déformation de la pièce emboutie (12).
