Abstract

La présente invention concerne un outillage (1) destiné à la fabrication d’un bandage (40), ledit outillage comprenant un noyau (10) qui possède un axe central (Z10) et se subdivise en une succession de secteurs (54, 55) qui comprennent chacun une pluralité de rainures (12) conçues pour accueillir des haubans (5) destinés à relier chacun un premier point d’ancrage (M1) à un second point d’ancrage (M2) afin de renforcer le bandage (40), chaque secteur (54, 55) étant agencé de manière à pouvoir être déplacé selon une direction dite « direction d’extraction individuelle » (D_extract) qui appartient à la plage angulaire individuelle (A54, A55) occupée par ledit secteur (54, 55) et qui est perpendiculaire à l’axe central (Z10), et les rainures (12) de chaque secteur (54, 55) étant agencées selon une configuration radialement extractible selon laquelle les première et seconde parois latérales (15, 16) qui délimitent chacune des rainures (12) n’interfèrent pas avec le volume que balaie le hauban (5) lorsque ledit hauban (5) est aligné, en projection orthogonale dans un plan tangent de référence (P_REF) normal à la direction d’extraction individuelle (D_extract), avec la droite de base (D0) qui passe par le premier point d’ancrage (M1) et le second point d’ancrage (M2), et que l’on crée, entre le hauban (5) et le secteur (54, 55), un mouvement relatif porté par la direction d’extraction individuelle (D_extract).
