Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d’une aube ou pale d’hélice avec collage d’un insert dans une préforme sèche Un procédé de fabrication d'une aube ou pale d’hélice comprend :- la réalisation d'une ébauche fibreuse d'une structure à profil aérodynamique comprenant un logement interne,- l’insertion d’au moins un insert dans le logement interne avec interposition d’un film d’adhésif entre l’insert et le logement interne de l’ébauche fibreuse de manière à obtenir une préforme fibreuse (200), - le maintien de la préforme fibreuse (200) dans une cavité de moulage (301) d’un outillage d’injection (300), - l’injection d’une résine (380) dans la cavité de moulage (301) contenant la préforme fibreuse (200) et la transformation de la résine en matrice par traitement thermique.Le procédé comprend en outre, après le maintien de la préforme fibreuse (200) dans la cavité de moulage (301) et avant l’injection de la résine (380) dans la préforme fibreuse, une étape de pré-consolidation du film d’adhésif comprenant au moins l’application d’une pression de consolidation dans la cavité de moulage (301).
