Abstract
SYSTÈME D’EXTRUSION DE MATERIAU DE CONSTRUCTION EQUIPÉ D’UN DISPOSITIF D ’INJECTION D’UN RETARDATEUR DE PRISE EN TETE D’IMPRESSION L’invention concerne un système d’extrusion de cordons de matériau de construction pour robot (60) de fabrication additive de structures architecturales (70) comprenant : une tête d’impression (30) de cordons de matériau de construction comprenant une bouche d’entrée (31), une buse d’extrusion (34) et une enceinte de mélange (35) agencée entre la bouche d’entrée (31) et la buse d’extrusion (34) ; un circuit d’alimentation (20) en matériau de construction ; un dispositif accélérateur (40) de prise débouchant dans ladite enceinte de mélange (35) ; et un dispositif retardateur (50) de durcissement comprenant un réservoir d’adjuvant retardateur (52), une conduite (54) reliant fluidiquement ledit réservoir et ladite enceinte de mélange (35), et une pompe volumétrique (56) agencée sur ladite conduite (54) et pilotée pour pouvoir doser la quantité de retardateur injecté dans ladite enceinte de mélange (35). . .
