Abstract

Composition anhydre comprenant une endolysine et de l’hydroxypropylmethylcellulose et/ou du pullulane. La présente invention concerne une composition anhydre, notamment cosmétique, comprenant (i) au moins une endolysine, en particulier une endolysine dérivée d’un phage de Staphylococcus aureus ; et(ii) de l’hydroxypropylmethylcellulose et/ou du pullulane. Elle concerne également une composition comprenant, dans un milieu physiologiquement acceptable, au moins une composition anhydre de l’invention. Elle concerne également l’utilisation d’une telle composition pour prévenir et/ou traiter un désordre cutané lié à une colonisation par Staphylococcus aureus chez un individu en ayant besoin ainsi qu’un procédé cosmétique non thérapeutique de soin des matières kératiniques comprenant au moins une étape d’application topique sur lesdites matières kératiniques de la composition. L’invention concerne aussi un procédé cosmétique non thérapeutique de soin des matières kératiniques comprenant l’application topique d’une composition selon l’invention et un procédé de stabilisation d’une endolysine, notamment d’une endolysine dérivée d’un phage de Staphylococcus aureus.
