Abstract

Procédé de contrôle non invasif d’usure d’une aube de turbomachine Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : a) acquérir à l’aide d’un capteur optique (54) un nuage de points en trois dimensions d’une surface de référence (56), b) définir une direction de projection (Z) à partir du nuage de points de la surface de référence (56), c) acquérir un nuage de points en trois dimensions d’une partie de contrôle (32) de l’aube (10), d) calculer une surface de peau en trois dimensions de la partie de contrôle (32) et la scanner pour déterminer un point le plus bas (72), e) projeter sur ladite direction de projection (Z) un premier point (70) appartenant à la partie de contrôle (32), et le point (72), f) déterminer une hauteur (H’) entre le premier point (70) et le deuxième point (72), g) appliquer un critère de comparaison de ladite hauteur (H’) à une valeur prédéterminée (C, C’) quantifiant un niveau d’usure acceptable de ladite partie de contrôle (32).
