Titre de l’invention : Dispositif de régulation thermique comportant un échangeur thermique à empilement de plaques Dispositif de régulation thermique (1) comprenant un échangeur thermique (4) à empilement de plaques et un boîtier (6), l’échangeur thermique (4) comprenant un premier circuit qui s’étend au moins en partie entre au moins deux plaques adjacentes de l’empilement de plaques et qui est destiné à être parcouru par un fluide réfrigérant, l’échangeur thermique (4) comprenant un deuxième circuit qui s’étend au moins en partie entre au moins deux plaques adjacentes de l’empilement de plaques et qui est destiné à être parcouru par un liquide caloporteur, l’échangeur thermique (4) étant logé dans le boîtier (6) en laissant un espace (32) agencé entre ledit empilement de plaques et ledit boîtier (6), l’espace (32) délimitant un troisième circuit destiné à être parcouru par un liquide caloporteur qui longe au moins un côté externe de l’empilement de plaques, dans lequel au moins une des plaques de l’empilement de plaques comprend une organe de dissipation thermique qui s’étend dans le troisième circuit.
